Builders and facility managers need to know what is included, when it will happen and what paperwork they will get at the end. That is how we set up every job, whether it is a call-out or a full hydraulics package.

1

Clear tenders

Scope letters list inclusions, exclusions and commercial conditions. Material and labour breakdowns are available if you need them.

2

Scheduling around the site

Works are programmed around trading hours, tenants, deliveries and access windows. You deal with one person throughout.

3

Paperwork done properly

ITPs, SWMS, as-built drawings and certificates of compliance are issued as standard on project work.

4

Our own plant and systems

Procore and Dashpivot for project records, a GPS-tracked fleet, and our own excavators and trucks.

Do you do residential plumbing?

No. LRP Services is a commercial and industrial plumbing contractor. We work with builders, property managers, facility teams and business owners across Brisbane and South East Queensland.

Can you work in an occupied building or on a live site?

Yes. We regularly schedule works around tenants, customers, trading hours, deliveries and building access requirements. Tell us the constraints early and we will programme the work around them, including after-hours if needed.
