About LRP Services
LRP Services Pty Ltd is a Brisbane-based commercial plumbing and hydraulics contractor working with builders, developers, property managers and facility teams across Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Who we are
LRP Services Pty Ltd (ABN 45 712 419 241), as Trustee for the LR Trust, delivers commercial plumbing, hydraulic services, civil and stormwater, sewer and drainage, and fire protection packages. We do not take on residential work. That focus means our people, plant and systems are set up for the way commercial projects actually run: tender documentation, programme pressure, live-site constraints and the paperwork that follows every stage.
The business is led by Director Clayton Martin and operates from a base at Anstead in Brisbane's western suburbs, with a Northern Territory operation at Winnellie supporting Darwin projects. We hold plumbing licences in both jurisdictions and are accredited with Contractor Accreditation Limited (CAL) for Northern Territory government and larger Territory works.
The sectors we serve
Retail and shopping centres, hospitality and food service, medical, education, government, industrial and warehousing, office and mixed-use developments. Our clients are principally builders and principal contractors, alongside property managers, strata committees and facility management teams responsible for occupied commercial buildings.
How we work
- Transparent tenders. Scope letters set out inclusions, exclusions and commercial conditions in plain language, with material and labour breakdowns available on request.
- Disciplined site delivery. Licensed plumbers, ITPs and SWMS in place before work starts, and coordination with other trades built into the programme.
- Safety and quality systems. Procore and Dashpivot run our project controls, inspections and site records, backed by a GPS-enabled fleet.
- Constructive coordination. Responsive estimating, practical programme alignment and a single point of contact from tender to handover.
